[Feature Request] CPU group (node) affinity for multi CPU systems or CPUs with >64 Threads (window issues) #1177

I would like to set the CPU affinity for all 128 threads from my Threadripper 3990

I tried sequential numbering for threads 0-127 but the process manager stopped when it hit values above 63. The log files confirm that windows does not like these affinity values:
