maybe we could make meat-rush affect all meat units - it'd basically behave like swarmwarp but with everything except the meat tab frozen. ooh, what if meat-rush rushed the meat tab better than swarmwarp, but destroyed x% of your larvae and cocoons with each use? that would make it interesting late-game. naturally you'd spend all your larvae before meatrushing, but transitioning between cloning and meatrushing would be non-trivial, and there's times when one's more efficient than the other.
maybe territory rush could get double-multiplied (well, squared) bonuses from bats and rush-mutations. or, give it a cloning/compounding effect for territory-units? that might keep it interesting. much smaller %, to keep it different from clone-larvae. might even be able to do this compounding without a cap, or with an absurdly high cap - doubling territory units is only worth one expansion - but capless compounding is pretty dangerous, need to math it out first.
delaying this; territory mutations are going to be enough of a change without territory-rush compounding territory units. that'd still be cool but it can wait.
no one uses them today. #285 has some ideas:
