If you look at the datasheet here , under the working principle heading you'll see that the sensor works with alternating heating to cooling cycles, why haven't you taken this into account? Without the cycles, every value of ppm will be garbage value.
Secondly, I'm using ESP8266 , which works on 3.3 V, so V_in should be 3.3 right ?
Also, it would be of tremendous help if you could suggest how to calibrate the Load resistance.
