Having submenus with -- is excellent, but in macOS 14 the top right/Control Center icons are more like transient windows/palettes than menus, and have folding elements instead of submenus (Wi-Fi > Other Networks, Displays > Color Profile, etc.). Another prefix/ability to delineate folding items would make it consistent.
