Export fields/templates from MPH to RS #78

Create mechanism (API or other) for exporting and importing templates and fields between RS and MPH.

Create export from MPH of all the fields/templates and pack them to be uploaded on RS. The process should/could use GitHub as export location. Github could be further use for automatically upload templates/fields on RS.

If implemented the process should be automatise and scheduled using general methods (cron.d)
