Generalize Readme #22

Conntact is meant to be suitable, and indeed is suitable, for any robot solution to a robotics problem. The readme needs to make this clear. Right now it's too focused on compliant robotics and assembly tasks. We need to point to ML solutions as a valid way to accomplish your Step behaviors, and point to some other applications.
