Refactor the components to address the design change #58

As we decided to make a design change, the components should be changed to have appropriate name and structure. The main changes are

HeartbeatHandler -> RemonLogger
HeartbeatBypassHandler -> RemonMessenger

TODOs are

Implement Logger interface as described in #45
HeartbeatBypassHandler is given a WebSocket client, and send the data directly via the client.
