The page builder allows you to create custom page templates which you can later use for your pages.
To use the page builder, start by adding a new template. You can drag and drop the blocks on the left into the building area on the right of the screen. Each block has its own unique configuration which you can manually configure to suit your needs

Hmm.. that's quite a mess. Have you tried contacting the theme author? I see a few custom blocks there so the theme developer must have added custom blocks that might have compatibility issues with the newer plugin version.
Thanks so much for your reply. I will contact the theme developer and ask. if they aren’t responsive fast enough, would you be able to fix it for a fee?
