In this PR, more clear instructions on how to set your personal access token has been added.
Previously, I have noticed that most people aren't guided to set this token after installing. When first opening the popup, the PR display page will now check if the token has been set in storage, and if it hasn't it will display an informational prompt noting that the user has not done this yet and direct them to the settings page.
