Wondering if this is something to consider as a feature req:
Allow a list (semi-colon separated?) of replies for "say grats" where it randomly switches between options. Nice to have is not repeating the most recently used (doesn't need to track state between sessions).
Maybe a checkbox for "Use as separate replies" in case the user actually wants the semi-colon as part of some weird grats message? Or maybe instead of character separation present a mult-line box ... but that seems like significantly more UI work for you.
