multiple copies of recommendation messages sent #341

"Again some users recommendation messages were getting resent multiple times. I 
received the same message from choupakabrah 7 times. Others did so to. This 
happened before, I think about 4-6 weeks ago with another user. I do not know 
if this only affects single users/messages."

"Orangeupurple" is complaining of the same issue with some recommendations she 
received earlier today.

sorry about that. it has been fixed and we have added a duplicate check very 
late in the mail chain.
