Poor quality audio, after the Encoding. #405

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.On the Spanish form, but I read this also in other forums, Dave Imbernon 
complains that the audio quality of the songs after the encoding is very bad. A 
little better after the down load.
How is this possible if the upload is in wave? And Dave Imbernon is an 
experienced musician in the mix?
