What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.(UncoolBob) I just sent off my fax and then tried to enable background music
and film/documentary usage. After filling in the form and registering a subset
of my tracks to the programmes, I hit the submit button and got a white, blank
page.
Repeated it and got the same result.
