Samsung note 9 n960u snapdragon device - no volte or vowifi

Is it possible to enable these on n960u on custom rom?

@symbuzzer yes sir it sure does. I am bootloader unlocked and rooted but any rom other than the bitsafe rom created for my device breaks volte and vowifi it is believed to be an ims activation issue. If you could get it working on custom roms it would be a god send to the whole community that has snapdragon Samsung devices in the US. I will help and way i can and will help test as well.

EDIT: Also Samsung has a priority way thru handle is activation so i don't think it is a hardware issue, but a software one.

I do not have this device. So if you can help me I will do my best. I need the following files in working and not working ROMs where these features:

• build.prop
• system.prop
• any other *.prop file in /system /vendor and other partitions
