This is about a specific library, but can we update it to just be like "lightweight libraries for faking data" and list the 2 known good ones? test-data-bot and faker.js are both good and fine

Changed to "generating test data" adopt, technique

"prefer generating test data over saving prod/stage data (even obfuscated)." and link to the Good Libraries
