With Sync on Startup enabled, several Trakt anime entries are getting duped every time the app is opened.
How to reproduce:
Have Trakt and Simkl accts connected
Enable Sync on startup
Search Yu-gi-oh via simkl
Mark Yu-gi-oh episode as watched
Close app
Open app, wait for sync to complete
Open Watching List, there should now be two yu-gi-oh entries
Repeating steps 4 and 5 will create another one.
