Feature request: Scan mediafile for included subtitles and store in database

Perhaps when a mediafile is opened Syncler could save to a community database what subtitle languages are included in the file so that it could be used in a search without having all clients scan every file every time,

Ideally this data should be available by the debrid service providers. Maybe reach out to the debrid service providers and request it there as well. At the moment this is pretty low priority.
