Provide metamodel for Tech Extension metadata format #144

this will help to provide better Development experience and will make it easier to ensure compatibility if the format change in future version

it relates to https://github.com/syndesisio/syndesis-project/issues/120

I'm not very familiar with Json but it seems that the JSON language server (which is used in VS Code) is using json-schemas to provide the metamodel.
