Integration: Activate/Deactivate

Overview

Add the ability to activate and deactivate Integrations in the UI. Entails the following:

• Add HTML & SCSS to reflect designs & incorporate logic.
• Add method(s) called by HTML for toast notifications, opening modals, and activating and deactivating Integrations in respective component.
• Add logic to communicate with internal data store and SSE/Websocket for bi-directional model synchronization (and to initiate notifications).
• Add modal to confirm action with user.
• Add toast notifications for action update.

@iocanel - I was just able to deactivate an integration from the UI, just like @gashcrumb had earlier, so I guess it wasn't by mistake? Will need to do further testing tomorrow/next week.
