Create an Integration: Remove radio button for Choose an Action #491

Remove radio button circles for Choose an Action pages since the radio buttons no longer serve a purpose for users [see attached screenshot 1].

Once radio buttons are removed, should look like the Add a Step page [see attached screenshot 2]. But the hover state background of Add a Step should actually be blue based on our discussion today. (cc: @sjcox-rh @kahboom @gashcrumb )

Also, when I hover over the options on Add a Step page, it's showing the text cursor not the hand pointer.
