Re-do font selection #71

- Pre-defined assorted font names + sizes + anti-alias flag in an .ini
- Ship some fonts with the setup, if possible (license)
- Ability to choose custom fonts where it makes sense

On Windows 7 + 8, we can use
IDWriteFontFace1::IsMonospacedFont

Won't be fixed in 1.x any more, but 2.0 should have this covered. See issue #151
