Small issues with opening SRR files #98

I tried drag and drop and got the following error:
"Unrecognized file format or broken file."

Then I remembered the plugin thing, so I enabled it.
Since it's part of the install, enable all plugins by default. (unless there
are major unwanted side effects for a plugin) In this case, I don't think it
causes a noticeable start-up delay?
I already can imagine people telling me: "hey, you said it could show srrs, but
I get an error...". I think a simple tool like this shouldn't require initial
configuration to be usable.

And then I got the same error again. It was because the first SRR file I tested
didn't contain an NFO file. Jane had the same issue initially. Here is a
completely empty SRR file to test on:
http://rescene.wdfiles.com/local--files/other/empty.srr
I expect to see a message showing that the SRR file has no NFO and thus
couldn't be displayed. Preferably in the main window and not a messagebox. One
click less to close iNFekt. (it can happen regularly on self generated SRRs)
Maybe with a nice iNFekt ASCII art or something ;)

The File -> Open... menu should also be able to select an SRR file. Now it
isn't in the supported file types list yet.

"hmm next and previous button doesn't work yet?
K = Next, J = Previous , or in the menu -> Tools"

I see it only works for .nfo files.
