Is it worth us pulling out a separate config map doc section? (cc/ @catmo-syntasso who is looking at the docs rework)

We chatted about this at eng huddle last week, given the small scope/potential for change I suggested we leave it quietly documented, and then in future we can move it to its own page when its used more. Ideally we'd have it in the install kratix page, but then that makes the getting started quickly docs even longer
