Turn off Icon Rendering #209

The icon for MobileTerminal already has the gloss effect, but the iPhone adds 
it again anyway. It's especially bad since the new icon has a gloss effect that 
starts in one corner, and ends in another.

This is easy fix though. Add the following to the Info.plist, and set it to 
true:

Icon already includes gloss effects (UIPrerenderedIcon)
