Inconsistent argument ordering between IGRealizeDegreeSequence and IGDegreeSequenceGame #108

Check that all functions dealing with degree sequences have the same argument ordering (in, out or out, in).

Note: DegreeGraphDistribution uses the in, out order.

This was fixed in 6b3cb6a0f7e11545d8787fd07289977c2915ac25
