All buttons vanished :(

MMA 9.0.1 Win 7 x64

Installed via:

Import["https://raw.github.com/szhorvat/SEUploader/master/SEUploaderInstaller.m"]

I also tried to manually install but the problem persisted.

Today the buttons appeared, but below the logo and cutoff at the bottom of the window.
