@TheAssassin could you check, why the update breaks the Create release and upload artifacts step?

I'm seeing the same issue in a lot of my repositories, too. I'm not sure whether the upstream version is alright. It does not seem to download any artifacts at the moment.

Edit: I'm not even sure why it doesn't suggest 4.1.8, the actual latest version...

Turns out you need to update the (ancient!) upload artifacts action, too. I suggest you use @4 for both.
