Rolodex Widget

Rolodex I've called it the Rolodex. That notion that you can see more of the list that the currently selected item. Very fiddly, but happy enough with this PR. I might reuse this component another time.

the oddness that is scrollbars. If you use a mouse, in chrome on osx, you see scrollbars in any element that has an overflow scroll. With a trackpad, the scrollbars are only visible when active.
