make testcafe peer dependency version lenient (allow any version)
upgrade testcafe devDependency to last version (no breaking changes)
change node engine compatibility to node >= 14.x (drop 10.x, 11.x, 12.x, 12.x) - it match the testcafe requirements

Run tests and tested with my pipeline works well
