Implement a page to display and edit available roles

This page being a simple one and similar to the others may make its implementation fairly easy. Let's assume an optimistic estimate is 1 hour, a pessimistic one is 3 hours, and the most likely estimate is 2 hours.

ß = (1+3+4*2)/6 = 2 hours
