I have tested this with two seperate super admin accounts both with all the permissions asked from here the "Authorize Service Account Key Uploads https://github.com/taers232c/GAMADV-XTD3/wiki/Authorization#authorize-service-account-key-uploads" section.
Lastly I ran the "gam oauth create" command and after selecting the APIs I needed I get this message:
"The authentication flow has completed. Client OAuth2 File: C:\GAMConfig\oauth2.txt, Created"
Not sure where to go from here.
