Observed behavior: OneWikiPage becomes [OneWikiPage](OneWikiPage) which leads to a 404 Expected behavior: OneWikiPage becomes [OneWikiPage](wiki/OneWikiPage) which leads to the page (if it exists).

It's not going to be an easy fix because the translation of the link is used both in the issues and the wiki pages. And the links may have to be different!?
