Link from issue to wiki page should not show the relative path in its description #19

Since #1, the link from an issue to a wiki page is [wiki/ThisWikiPage](wiki/ThisWikiPage), but would look better like this: [ThisWikiPage](wiki/ThisWikiPage).

This would avoid to change the initial comment when it was not meant to ever target a page. For instance, referring to a function like myClass.GetMyName w/o the proper quoting should not end up migrated like this: myClass.[wiki/GetMyName](wiki/GetMyName).
