tnoc test cannot be compiled with Cadence Xcelium Simulator #58

There are 3 major compilation/elaboration errors on tnoc tests with Cadence Xcelium Simulator. Some may be Xcelium specific issues but I would like you to see the error logs: tnoc_error_log.zip
