chore(docs): update README to include details on Ember support #978

I thought it might be useful to link to an Ember addon (which I happen to maintain 😅) that adds heroicons integration within Ember apps. Thanks!

Hey, definitely understand the usefulness of having this in the readme. However, we'd definitely want to keep an eye on the package in case it falls out of date. Given that it is unofficial it wouldn't be as readily updatable by us. For now we're gonna hold off on adding any third-party versions of Heroicons to the readme. Appreciate the PR though! ✨

If anyone is searching for one Google would hopefully bring up this PR and/or your package on NPM.
