More upgrades to invoker #282

Seems the ITs were not aligned (invoke:run vs invoker:....) and ruby IT did not run since ages... Fixed all. This does not render latest releases wrong, there is no released code change, just the build is fixed.

@headius @lefou seems some IT did not run since ages, updating them (ruby done)...

@lefou seems scala was OK just a bit redundant and different, two are now aligned.

I am pretty sure I had been running integration tests for the Ruby module so I'm glad to hear that is okay.
