FB messenger issue

What Gapps did you install(If obscure please tell us where you got them)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. when someone messages you on FB messenger and you swipe the dropdown menu 
and click on the message that way, the message body freezes and if you attempt 
to type the keyboard pops up but does not work, the send button is greyed out 
and you have to back out to the message list and go back into the message from 
there to get it to work properly.  This has happened to me consistently for the 
past several sourcery builds

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
should work properly.  does not.  see above description.

Did you use titanium or any other restore application
(must be answered and if you did will be deleted-Refile when you have not
used it-if it continues to occur)

Did you install after wiping data/cache/davlik cache or dirty flash(no

facebook has been the most horrible app on android searching the web.

i dont use it.

But have you used this particular app and also which app is it what version

on any other rom and not had this problem.??

currently running facebook messenger version 2.3.1-release

the past few updates to this app however have all acted the same as described 
above, and only on jbsourcery 4.2 and above, I didn't have this problem before 
4.2 and have no had it on aokp or cyanogenmod or any other roms

closing no response as to weather this is affected V5.1
please refile if it continues although not sure what would affect the app we 
wil look at it if it is still an issue in V5.1
