Red-X on windows leaves 2 windows open #30

So a previous fix made the memory and display windows ignore the red-X. But now if INSTEAD of using File > Quit you do a red-X of the Source window, it closes but that is not quitting! The other two windows stay open and now the File > Quit menu action is gone and you can't quit the app at all.
