rotate any angle and scale

First of all, if you have any Haxies, InputManagers, SIMBL plugins or
similar operating system hacks installed, please remove them first, restart
the program, and make sure the bug is reproducible without them.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. It is not possible to rotate the picture by some free angle (but only 180 or 
90) to correct it sometime.
(looks the example attached ... and resized with another prog :-)
2. It would be very nice if it should be possible also to scale/resize the 
image when copy/export it. 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

This is kind of beyond the scope of a simple image viewer. You want a proper 
photo editor for that kind of job. I do not want to let the program start 
growing out of bounds.
