6 months ago I've created a new category of RFCs called Developer and User Tools.
Everything Tari Universe related will be assigned an RFC-11nn. The most general RFC (I presume this one) should be RFC-1100 and you can number subsequent RFCs as you see fit.

Common supply chain attacks makes using dapps unsafe and risks loosing all funds on some shady websites or fall victim to the unsafe wallet plugin. To address this there should be a desktop app that limits all these vulnerabilities by making interaction with tapplets contained within a single application.
