0.7.7: When ending all minotari processes, I find they do not restart and render the app into a disconnected state

Describe the bug As a user when I go to Task manager and end all Minotari processes, I find that the processes are not restarted. When I view the app, it shows as disconnected from the Tari Network and I am no longer able to view my wallet balance. A restart of the app seems to resolve this issue
