Constraint OCaml >= 4.10.0 #94

The CI reported build failures with OCaml 4.10.0 but instead of fixing them, I suggest supporting only the more recent versions.

This project is not meant to be built inside an Opam switch, which means that we can have more freedom in our dependencies without thinking about compatibility with other tools.

I'll merge now to stop the CI failure (after all, the constraint exists atm) but we can discuss this further later.
