ATLAS - Change loading of large data sets #49

Load large data sets in a more efficient way, firstly it may be faster and more user friendly to load these data sets using an ajax call to retrieve opportunities. It also might be best to paginate or organize the opportunities by tab, so each time a tab is opened for a specific BSR, the opportunities for that specific BSR are loaded. It also might be worth having a "view all" button that displays all opportunities at once.

Done. Loading large data sets is much faster now.
