This PR resolves issue #185

All the layout issues have been fixed for the latest blogs and updates.
Removed the "Read More" column from updates. Instead, I added the hyperlink to the update title (if the link exists).
If there is more than one author for the blog, the name will be displayed as "Author 1 et al."
