Add centrifuge classifier #25

Centrifuge kraken-style report has the same format as kraken classifier. I followed the same code as the existing one for kraken2 since this is my first attempt.

[x] tests added/passed
[ ] add an entry to the next release

Yeah, exactly. But only if you think it adds value. Otherwise let's merge it as is 🙂

I will merge as it is and continue with kaiju classifier.
