[VT-118] support listing-breaks #117

David Patrick on 2015-03-15T08:49:08Z says:

Task reports can have "listing breaks" that cause a blank like to be generated in between changes, The default "minimal" report has listing breaks on the project field, as of version 2.4.2, and on the "list" report before that, but vit ignores these breaks.

This feature request is for vit to show these listing breaks.

As a bonus, if possible, perhaps vit could display the field-change value, that triggered the break, in the (formerly) blank line, so that the break becomes a descriptive header for the group of tasks that follow.
