Jethro times out too quickly when marking attendance

I've seen two types of attendance marking:

• A welcomer stands at the church entrance with an ipad, and records attendance of people as they come in.
• The same but on paper, later transcribed to Jethro.

In either situation, one is likely to be on Jethro's 'Record Attendance' page for a while, probably more than 10 minutes, which is the point at which Jethro times out:

The 10 minutes is determined by Jethro's Lock Length setting:

Could we make Lock Length substantially larger by default? E.g. 120 minutes? There are trade-offs, but I think it's better to have people locked out of recording attendance for a bit than actively losing their half-finished attendance registrations due to a timeout.

If 10 minutes is deemed too short, perhaps we could also have upgrade SQL that increases LOCK_LENGTH if it is set to 10.

The suggestion in #775 to apply a longer lock time to attendance-recording only (multiply by 2 or 3?) would be the quickest fix.

(There are other ways people handle attendance in which a 10minute timeout isn't a problem, but I agree it's an issue in these scenarios).
