CC extra recipients when sending out run sheet

When viewing a run sheet, there is a link to email all personnel - that is, people listed at the top of the run sheet because they are assigned to relevant roster roles.

Sometimes there are extra people who we want to send run sheets to, who are not necessarily listed there.

• Perhaps the senior pastor should be sent all run sheets even if (s)he's not assigned to a particular role
• Perhaps the person who preps the Lord's supper should be CCed any time the Lord's supper is included.

Therefore, two options for adding recipients: a) For each congregation, add a field "addresses to CC in all run sheet emails for this congregation" b) For each service component, add a field "addresses to CC whenever this component is included in a run sheet"

In practice (b) might make (a) unnecessary - the senior pastor's email could be associated with some service component that's included in every service such as the welcome etc.

I would like to see a list appear when sending an email or SMS from the system where you have the option to make changes to the list including adding to or deleting from the list of recipients. I would also like to be able change the name of the recipient on occasions. (In my version of Jethro the descriptive name is passed)
