Fix What get_distribution_health() Funciton Returns #26

Distribution_Short Values and Distribution_Long Values should be returned from function in a similar matter to get_ema_health() function. This data will be stored in appropriate stock object.

Object Compatibility Added instead Reference Issue #. No longer a need for get_distribution_health() function to return anything. Reference Issue #28
