Sierra ECG Tools is now on pypi #1

Hey!

Not sure if this would help, but I've published the sierraecg package on pypy.org. Has a few quality of life improvements and bug fixes. I see you make deeper use of the XML file itself, which is something that recently saw a contribution (<repbeats> is now extractable). Let me know if you have any questions!
